I can't say that shower sex is my favorite, but me and my husband have made it work and it's not bad at all. We always do it standing up. Facing each other doesn't really work so usually I'm turned away from him holding on to the wall. I've tried it only once. (mainly because we live in a college dorm and the showers barely fit one person, so an opportunity doesn't usually come up) but I thought it was a nice, intimate experience.
