Pregnancy Problems, help!

I can't keep anything down. I'm incredibly constipated and I keep throwing up nothing but stomach acid. My throat is raw and on fire. There's a little blood sometimes when I vomit. I can't take this anymore. I throw up every ten minutes.

My doctors office is closed on the weekends. Should I go to urgent care/the er in the morning? I'm so miserable and I'm afraid my baby isn't recieving any nutrients considering I can't keep anything down.
