Burping....

Currently 8dpo. Since yesterday have been burping constantly, very unusual for me. Pregnancy test negative but obviously really early. I had a missed miscarriage in November and had a lot of wind at that point too. Is this a positive sign??? Nearly 4 years TTC, trying not to get my hopes up! Anyone else had similar?
