HELPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!

Long story short.. I'm over two weeks late. All negative test.

The last two days I've got a positive OPK tests. Now I'm having spotting.

What could this be?! 😞 is it my period? If so why did I get a positive OPK? So so confused.
