joint pain
Lately when I exercise, I feel good working out, but wake up that night or the next morning with excruciating knee, elbow and wrist pain. I have been working slow and just using a treadmill or elliptical. I am only 6 1/2 weeks, so weight gain is not an issue. Anyone have this and received advice from a physicaltherapist of doctor? I am no newbie to exercise and frustrated!
