Middle name

My husband and I have decided that if our baby is a boy, we want to name him after our fathers(they both share the name Thomas). However, my husband is very keen on just having his family middle name as our babies middle name which is Albanus. I want our baby to either have his own middle name or my dads middle name as well as his family name. What do you think?
