bf question
So I guess my milk is finally coming in- but how do I get rid of the hard spots in my breasts and arm pits? I have been feeding as usual, I did pump just a bit today because I was huge and sore. I just took a hot shower- they don't hurt I want to get them before they do lol. I've? Heat? I did massage in the shower... still have knots
