breastfeeding affect your LO?" /> Any mom here that breastfeeds and drinks coffee and noticed an effect on their baby (difficuly falling asleep)

I have one cup in the morning, and my baby's sleep schedule is to fall asleep right after, lol.

It depends on the amount of coffee if you drink it all day like 4 or 5 cups that could affect your baby some but a cup or two shouldnt do any harm, i drank one cup a day occasionally two and never had any problems , but every baby is different  just trial and error. Goodluck!!
