First time I've used one before. I think I did it right. Not entire sure. It feels kind of weird, but like, it's my first time using it.

I didn't know it'd be a bit if a struggle to put it in. But it'd probably get easier like tampons.

The one I'm using is called a "pixie cup" which is like a smaller type of diva cup. It actually seems to be sorta helping with cramps. Like I can feel them but it's not as much of like... Suffering.

It's unfortunate tho since my partner is returning tomorrow after being gone for a while and he mentioned he missed sleeping with me.

Anyone who used this or uses cups in general I have a few questions:

-how will I know when I need to change it?

-does it really shorten periods?

-do these contain latex (I have an allergy and couldn't tell on the box)
