Going through a lot.

I know that people have it much worse than me. I'm not trying to complain but I have been through a lot in the last 3 years.

I had a sinus infection for 2 years that I ended up needing surgery for because at that point antibiotics wouldn't clear it. They had no idea what it was and when they did figure it out it held on for dear life.

After surgery I could finally breathe better and only got sick once in an entire year which has been amazing for me! I still have terrible year round allergies which nothing seems to help. I am doing allergy shots as literally my last resort but I am about ready to give up on those! I sneeze and mucus the size of my fist detaches from my nasal cavity. It's so gross! I am always congested, hay fever is the worst!

On top of that I now have a thyroid problem which I can't even get in to see a specialist until I do my regular physical exam with my own doctor and that is 2 weeks away, I learned about my thyroid in December! So waiting to see a doctor has been killing me because I just want to know what to do from here!!!

I am also trying to switch birth control methods because my periods are super heavy and painful like I couldn't even get out of bed one day! I'm not sure if it's my pills or my thyroid, both can effect your periods, but my periods are changing.

Anyways, I just want to be able to figure all of this out and it is completely overwhelming me. Any words of advice or encouragement would be great. It's been a hard 2 to 3 years. I just want to be healthy and feel normal again.
