Any remedies for nausea?!!

Hi Ladies, does anyone have any good remedies for nausea. I seem to have it worse this time around then with my first. Any tips would be helpful!

Unisom at night (half to a quarter of a tab) and b6 throughout the day, up to 200mg is safe... this has saved me! Albeit I still throw up once when I wake up, but it has helped the all day nausea significantly.
