I went to the doc this past week for an ultrasound. Doc showed me the pictures & my PCOS is BARELY THERE!!! I've lost 40lbs and I am continuing to lose more. A healthy lifestyle does work! Doc still diagnosed me with it as boarderline but I have maybe 7 follicles on each ovary & PCOS is diagnose when there are 12 or more. I am stoked. Hopefully we'll conceive in the next few months ❤🙏
