Little help needed

My boyfriend and me have been sexually active for awhile and we always use the withdrawal but tonight we didnt do that. We are both worried and scared so I'm curious how many times does he have to before it can cause a positive. I had a period this month and the app says ill be most fertile starting in a couple days.
