Any ladies here experience any sacroiliac joint discomfort in the first trimester. I am a first time mom and only 7 weeks and 3 days pregnant. And have been dealing with this pain for almost a week and a half. It makes it hard getting out of my chair at work and my car. I have evern looked up stretches and I've tried them only to end up in tears from pain from some of the stretching moves. My first appt is on the 28th and I'm for sure goning to mention my concerns. But i am miserable and looking to got relief, even if only for a little bit. Please help. 😢😢
