BBT question

💕Jenny💕 • 11 years of infertility. 3 mscarrgs. Clomid, IUIs, expl lap. Gave up. Got preg by "accident" on low glyc diet. TTC #2
My bbt is slow to fall (it stays high for a few days after AF) & slow to rise (it rises slowly during the first 2-3 days after O).  I have read that the slow rise is normal as long as it does rise within a few days but does it mean anything if you put those 2 things together (slow fall + slow rise)?  I've had several reasons to suspect hormonal imbalance. Doctor won't check mine because my cycles are regular.
