So I took two "Midol Complete" pills a couple of days ago. It was my first time taking Midol because I usually stick to Tylenol or Motrin to help my menstrual pain (cramps,backpain,nausea,dizziness) I took them in the morning before I had school, and after about 2 hours after I took them, I started having really bad anxiety and could not breathe for 3 hours. I suffer from anxiety already, and the midol pills that I took have 60 mg of caffeine in them. I'm curious if anyone has had the same experience happen to them when taking Midol that has caffeine in it and may also suffer from anxiety ??? I've never had a reaction like this and the mini anxiety attack came out of no where.
