I can't find any good shampoos that help :( I also have dry hair 😭

T-gel is what I use and also switch up your shampoo occasionally. You can also put coconut oil in your hair on your scalp, put a towel down and got to sleep with it in and then the next day give your hair a good wash. There’s also these little scrubbers for your scalp and it’s like a massage when using it with shampoo that helps me x

When you're in the shower really exfoliate by running your finger nails through your scalp with shampoo for a few minutes (any brand that's moisturizing). Follow by massaging conditioner or coconut oil on your scalp without water for 5 minutes and let sit for a few minutes before rinsing. After a week or so your scalp will feel less dry and flaky.
