PAIN AFTER SEX😭

I spent the night with my boyfriend.. And I'm having pain in my abdomen and when I pee.. Its not from lack of lubrication. Or from an infection or STD. I'm thinking it could be a UTI because he fingered me and my boyfriend has given me one in the past..but can they really show up that soon.. Less than 5 hours? Questions? Comments? Concerns?
