New Military Fiancée(wife) with lots or Questions

    We was a part for 3 mons I was in my home town and he was 10 hrs away. We Skyped,text,and talked on the phone when ever he had the chance. After a few times of him saying I'm coming to get you he finaly just showed up. I pack all my things I could fit in three bags and left with him.. I'm staying with his sister and it's hard at times cause u get so streed out and upset but here lately my Fiancé has been trying even hard to get us in to our apt near base..but here's where I need help..he wants a baby and so do I but it's hard cause I'm irregular and they start at different time so it's kind if hard to know if I'm just not starting that time or if I'm pregant. I just don't know how to plane Tc if I can't even get it down. I'm just feeling a little upset about our apt and trying to plane a baby..can anyone help me??
