4w2d anyone had this before?

Question

4w2d today and since Friday morning I've had a continuous twinge/pain in my right side pelvic area. Has anyone had this before? And shoiuld I be concerned?

I had really sharp pains in my left side. I had an ultrasound and they said it's not ectopic. This is probably TMI but I've pretty much decided it's gas. I've never had gas pains like that prior to pregnancy, so it scared me, but I always get the sharp pains and then like 20 minutes later my stomach starts gurgling lol

I did have it early on and I still feel pain in my groin area, esp my pelvic joints. I'm 12w 3d. It pains consistently whenever I turn around on the bed, walk or even move my legs. It gets all better when I'm resting. I told my doctor and she wasn't worried. But I'll tell her again coz it doesn't seem to be lessening.

I had this! I thought it was gas pains but it was almost consistent and felt as if someone was pinching my Fallopian tubes or something lol. Eventually it went away I think it's growing pains.

Normal, uterus is stretching... i had twinges/ slight  cramping till  about 6 1/2 weeks. It was actually  one of my first signs,  when i got out of my suv, and jumped down i felt a huge tug.... i tested right after.
