13 days left and TONSILLITIS

my throat started feeling weird 3 days ago, and i tried to brush it off hoping it was nothing. the next day, my neck was feeling extremely stiff, my body ached, my throat hurt, and i felt like poop. i went to an urgent care clinic and my strep test came back negative. the doctor said it was probably allergies and that my throat was just irritated by post nasal drip. my nose wasnt even runny. 😑 she sent me home. yesterday i went to another urgent care clinic, strep test still came back negative, but the doctor there gave me a prescription for amoxicillin in hopes to clear whatever it is up. i went home and later last night, i could see white pus pockets in the back of my throat. i looked it up, and i basically have all the signs of tonsillitis, which makes sense why the strep test came back negative. so im hoping whatever i have is bacterial and the antibiotics work, because my biggest fear is going into labor and not being able to hold my daughter without using a face mask. as much as i would LOVE to have her out now so i will no longer be a walking whale, i need her to last long enough for me to get better. i swear this is the worst season to pop out babies. so much sickness going around. 😷😷😷
