I think I'm on the edge of being severely depressed during this pregnancy.,. This is my second and I can't seem to be happy about life. It really sucks. I have more bad days than good. Idk what to do. Has anyone else felt with this and what did you do?

Talk with your doctor, most will have free counseling sessions you can go to. I have called about this also when I was in a breakdown on the bathroom floor sobbing, hoping to be preventive of severe depression . You are not alone 😊

Talk to your doctor about medication for depression that is safe for pregnancy, and sign up for counseling if you can afford it!

I have chronic depression. I've had it since I was a child. It wasn't until recently back in October did I find out I was vitamin D deficient which can cause infertility (which could explain why we're weren't getting pg/we had been trying since Jan!) and has links to depression. I immediately started taking high u it vitamin D and after a couple of months my mood was better, my energy was better my headaches went away! And since taking them, I got pg in December. 
It's a more natural thing to try. Get plenty of sinshine and take some vitamin D bc after trying different drugs for anxiety and depression, nothing worked until I took supplements.
