Hi everyone I am a first time mom and I didn't know if there was a way to get free baby stuff without supcribing for anything or getting spammed?

If you create a registry with certain places you get free samples and minimal spamming. Also most places have the option to opt out of receiving promo and advertising emails. You can also just unsubscribe from the newsletters if you get sucked into one.

I got spammed all the way through: at least 20 emails and 5-10 strange phone calls every day. Do not believe "free samples". I really do not want to be pessimistic, but reality speaks for itself.

Amazon has you add a bunch of things before you qualify, but it's really only 5 minutes of work, and the box is very nice with diapers/wipes/samples, a blanket and a toy!

Targets registry welcome bag had great samples and coupons, as did baby's r us.

I didn't sign up for these, but I heard that buy buy baby, Walmart and motherhood maternity also have excellent welcome packages 😊

With the three that I got I didn't have to buy any bottles, and I still have a good bag full of ointment/lotion samples!

I signed up on the Enfamil and Similac formula websites and they sent free samples and coupons. No annoying emails or anything.
