So ladies I am 37+5 weeks pregnant and I'm just curious what do you ladies think about playing Just Dance! I heard dancing along with walking etc helps to lower the baby even start labor! So just want some opinions 😊

Dancing won't do anything unless your body is ready to go into labor :) especially if you're a ftm, that's unlikely for a bit. But it's good exercise!!!

My mom went into labor with me at 37 weeks after a night of dancing, doesnt hurt to try😊

Lol exercise can get the baby into better position but the baby won't come until it's ready. So go for it! Dance away!

I love dancing and last weekend we when out dancing till almost 2am and yep I'm still preggers.. lol 37weeks 3 days today
