miscarriage? 😭

Question

Has anyone every had bleeding with a few small clots and still have had a healthy full term baby? 
For the past week I've been having on and off pink/ brown spotting and today it was full on like period, went to the hospital and urine sample and blood sample say I'm still pregnant and they scheduled me for an ultrasound. 
To be honest I'm scared shitless and just need some hope things could still turn out okay.

My sister in law passed chunks and bled at 6 weeks, her son is now 3.

The times it happened to me I miscarried, but that doesn't mean that's what happening. Other things could be going on, I hope everything turns out okay!

I had bleeding and smal clots when I was like 6 weeks i went through ER and they did an US right away i am not sure why they scheduled you for one should of done it right away!! Baby was there and strong heart beat. I had a subchorionic hematoma, dont stress it but if the cramps continue goo backk asap!

My friend had clots and bleeding and the doctors told her she miscarried, but then it turned out everything was actually OK.
