ttc baby #2 but just now stopping birth control patch

Hey ladies! I just wanted to get a general idea of anyone's experiences coming off the birth control patch. I'm trying for baby number 2, and I wanted to know about everyone's cycles, and how soon everything returned to normal. I used the patch back to back so I didn't quite have my period. I've been spotting for the last month while using the patch. Has anyone conceived going off the patch, and if so, how long did that take?
