Herbal teas
How long does it take for herbal teas to make a difference? Or how many times does it take? I am drinking spearmint tea twice a day to lessen excess hair during the week, and was drinking raspberry leaf tea twice a day this weekend to hopefully jump start my period. Anyone have success and how long did it take?
