Has anyone had any lumps in their groin area, like in the fold of your leg? It is not an in grown hair.  Two days ago I started to get a hard lump the size of a marble in that area on my right side, and it hurts to touch. I am wondering if it is a swollen lymph node.  I just saw my OB on Friday, and I didn't have it at that point, or I would have asked her about it.
