Weird cramping??

Hey guys! So I've had the Copper IUD for 3 years now and I love it! But lately I've been having random cramps (like IUD period cramps) at all times during my cycle. I'm thinking it might be trying to expel it or something but I've been checking the string, and monitoring it and everything seems fine, but I'm getting a little frustrated with the random cramps 😥

Any one else experience this or have any suggestions?
