5w4d excruciating cramps

If I don’t pee or poop the INSTANT my body wants me to, I start suffering from debilitating cramps in my uterus it’s so painful I rock myself back and forth on the toilet until it goes away. It’s unbearable, has anyone else suffered from something like this? It’s the type of pain you get when you’ve got severe gas build up by you don't have gas build up.It happens if its poop, pee, orgasm, haven’t eaten soon enough and it's only in the middle of the night (sex dream w/orgasm) and when I first wake up. It is because I don't go pee during the middle of the night? I just don't wake up and go pee my body usually doesn't have to.
