Birth control after pregnancy?
I'm stuck on what BC to use after I have my baby.
I ideally don't want a hormonal one as I wanna give my body a break, but I really don't wanna use just condoms..
I have previously had the implant and cerezette mini pill. I always always forgot to take the pill. Got pregnant 2 months after coming off it.
We aren't thinking of having another baby for at least a few years so what's the best option?
