Hi everyone I'm six weeks pregnant and I've got Really bad pains in bottom of my belly feels like stabbing pains I'm not bleeding or anything but pains seem to be getting worse is this normal or should I ring the nhs I'm really worried as we lost a baby just over a year ago I'm worried incase it's going to happen again any advise off anyone would be a great help and appreciate a lot
