Would I be bleeding with an ectopic?
There's a lot of sensation in my stomach area right now and I've been having a lot of sharp abdominal pain. Similar to gas pain, but MUCH more intense. I'm very worried I have an ectopic pregnancy, but there's no bleeding whatsoever. Is that even possible? I've also been very dizzy and had a few fainting spells last week.
