Does anyone else have bad PCOS and miscarriages under their belt who had ls had a successful pregnancy? If so, what did you do to get there?

I have been trying for 8 years and I have had 8 miscarriages during that time.  I have a severe case of PCOS that I was diagnosed with when I was 11.  If any of you ladies have dealt with this, how did you overcome those obstacles and have a successful pregnancy?  I am desperate!

I don't have severe pcos in fact mine is mild but I have had 3 miscarriages and tried for 8 months, I was going to a fertility clinic and I got put on progesterone right away. I did go on clomid with my last pregnancy but that ended in miscarriage but now I'm 26 weeks with a healthy baby girl!
