Baby or gas bubbles?

21 weeks pregnant and hoping what I'm feeling is the baby moving! How can I tell the difference between baby or gas bubbles?!

My doctor said, "if you don't fart after, it was baby."

I had the same question!! I feel bubbles all day. It's like a flop in your tummy. Your intestines rest low in your abdomen so I say that is the baby. I never felt bubbles an bumps like this before. --glad to know you feel it too😊💓

I'm sure it's the baby at 21w along!!! Nine first felt like popcorn popping inside and then it soon turned into very obvious jabs!  I could even tell sometines what was a hand and what was a foot or head! Soo amazing.
