HELP ME PLEASE

I've recently been sexually active. I went to the gynecologist about my vagina odor and itching because I was insecure about it. The Gyno said I had a bacterial infection and I took antibiotics for a week. I got lazy and forgot to take a pill for one day. I still feel as if I have a bacterial infection or something. I have no idea what it is....
