advice for a new mom..

Someone I know is due in April and asked me for tips/advice I have for a new mom.. honestly I didn't know what to tell her since I'm a new first time mom as well and still learning.. my baby is 6 months and boy do I struggle sometimes..lol.. so I was wondering what advice/tips would YOU give to a new soon to be mommy??
