I m in my 4 w and 5 d but i dont feel nothing. All is as always. I m worry

I'm on my 5th week, just found out a couple days ago and don't feel much either. Just occasional mild cramping throughout the day and sensitive nipples. It's hard to not worry but I'm sure everything is fine. I'm going to ny first appointment on Friday. Congratulations by the way ☺

I just entered week 10 and I've never had strong symptoms.  My boobs are sore but only if press on them.  I'm hungry a lot and tired all the time.  I was also bloated for weeks.  Most days I feel very normal except for the fact that I get hungry so often.  So far everything is healthy and going well! I had an ultrasound last week and our baby is wriggling away in there with a good strong heartbeat.  Some of us just don't have a terrible first trimester!  It can be scary not to 'feel' pregnant but it doesn't mean anything is wrong.
