Bleeding 13 wks

I am 13 w 3d and have bright red bleeding almost every day. It usually just gushes out then it's done for a day or two. Some times I just spot and get light cramps. Every time I go in the baby is fine. There is two spots of bleeding or lifting between the uterus and placenta. Has anyone dealt with this. Its so scary. Every time I see the blood I feel like I'm one step closer to losing my baby.
