depression

hey guys
for the past few months i've been feeling really sad and down all the time. i talked to my school counselor and she suspects i have depression. i feel like i do too and i don't know how to deal with it. i don't want to tell my parents (i have a lot of reasons for this) but i feel stuck. i don't know who to talk to and i keep crying all the time. is there anything i could do to feel better?
