advice?!

So my boyfriend started playing a video game and since then we haven't had anything intimate in almost 3 weeks. I don't know how to mention it to him since when I do he blames me saying I go to sleep so early. Like what am I supposed to do? He gets mad at me when I ask him to get off and then he gets mad when I fall asleep since I work at 6:30 in the morning.... I just don't know what to do
