How far ahead of feedings are you?

I WAS really far ahead and had a freezer stash and everything but being on medication and having to dump once a day has slaughtered my stash 😟 it didn't help that I tried Claritin and it dried me out for a few days too. I'm only about 5 feeds ahead and it's kinda stressing me out compared to where we were at before. I've been pumping like crazy and doing everything I can to keep my supply up and try not to fall behind any further. I'm kinda kicking myself for not pumping at night a few weeks ago. Could've really used that for the freezer about now 😑
