Clomid appointment today!!!

I was diagnosed with PCOS about 3 or 4 years ago and it has been quite the journey. My boyfriend and I have been wanting to have a baby for a long time and it's been hard to get help. Really, the only thing I've tried was metformin. Nothing was changing so I stopped taking it for about a year and found a new doctor. I got back on metformin and have had a regular cycle for the past four months! But still not pregnant. Today I am hopefully going to get Clomid from my doctor. Any tips, questions I should ask, success stories you can share?
