Miscarrying?

I think I may be miscarrying...
I miscarried in November so I've been really worried about miscarrying again. 
I'm currently 5wks 5 days...
On Sunday morning (4am) I woke up in really bad pain with cramps, thought I may be constipated, so took a safe laxative.
I've been on and off cramping since. Then today I started cramping, had quite a bit of white discharge, then earlier I wiped after I went to the toilet and there was a bit of pink on the tissue...I'm really worried that I'm starting to miscarry now 😢

I'm thinking positive thoughts for you. I have had two miscarriages and both damn near destroyed me but I made it through. If you miscarry again and you don't know that yet....you will be okay dear. You will make it. It's not easy and it's the worst pain ever but you will make it. I'm hoping that everything is okay and you have a sticky bean in there😊💕

Unfortunately I've been in your exact position before...I had a miscarriage in August and then with my second pregnancy I made it to 5w6d before I headed to the hospital with bleeding..and honestly that early on they can't even tell you much of anything bc it is so early and not likely to be seen on an ultrasound yet...mine ended up being ectopic so of course another loss pretty much killed me. Anyways, I hope the best for you, and IF it is another loss, I promise you will push through it❤

I know I've read that cramping and a little bit of spotting can be normal in early pregnancy. I would definitely call your doctor and make an appointment just to be on the safe side.
