What week am I in?!!!

So according to my lmp, I should be about 12 weeks and a 3 days. But when I go to the Dr its always off. Last time about a week ago I was 10 weeks 3 days, and 2 weeks earlier it was 9 weeks and 1 day. It just doesn't make sense and I want to know what week I am in!!!

The most accurate way to calculate it at home is to know the first day of your last menstraul cycle, add one year, minus three months, and add seven days. Hope that helps :)

There are calculators online but I'd get clarification from my doc. They should be keeping track. And you say it's different every time, could it be that you're seeing how far along you are according to baby's measurements on the ultrasound?
