Posted Before...But Need More Advice? ?

Essentially only this part is 100% accurate now (in photo). The pain is worst on and off. Today at dinner I threw it all up almost immediately after finishing eating.

I took 2 pregnancy tests and both were negative btw as advised. I tried to get to a doctor but in the area I'm vacationing they're all only private doctors and my insurance didn't cover out of Texas.
