Want to move to the US😩

So, I admit i love living in the UK because of our free healthcare, and things like that, but the housing in my area is appauling. Have been looking for a house for months, cant find anything suitable within our price range (about £800 per month). I got bored and decided to look at houses in the US compared to my area. BOTH houses I have shown, are the same price roughly, both are around £1,300 a month. LOOK at the difference what you can get over in America for that price and then what I can get in my area for the same price.
