Lent celebrations?

I know it's a religiously themed question but I'm curious, do any of y'all celebrate the season of lent and if so do you sacrifice something or pledge to better yourself in some way? I'm just curious what y'all do. I've given up chocolate one year and pledged to work on my horrid road rage last year. :)

I'm still working on it. I feel like I've cut back or cut out so much already because of baby...I should probably cut out sugary snacks...but they get me through the day.

I wouldn't consider myself overly religious but I've always loved the idea of lent. This will be my first year so I'm not sure what to give up.

I am celebrating. I have mass tom and I will b giving up music besides music singing bout God and I'm thinking bout giving up the community but unsure. I'm also going to add praying 3 times a day, and reading the Bible once a day. My 8 yr old said she giving up tv and my 5 yr old said she's giving up being bad at mass.
