Anterior placenta previa
The sonographer told me that my placenta was lying low near my cervix and I might have to give birth through C-section. At the end of the scan, I asked her if I have anterior placenta and she said yes. So does that mean I have both anterior placenta and placenta previa? I just found this image from the internet and the one on the bottom left seems to be my case. How come there seems to be more blood coming out of the cervix than in other positions? This seems scarier than I thought. Anyone has a similar experience? Also, is it more dangerous/risky to go through a C-section when you have anterior placenta?
