Pregnant with a cold
I'm becoming more convinced that my bad allergies are actually the beginning of a cold. I used to take echinacea and goldenseal to help curb my colds but when I looked up echinacea and others herbs nothing has been concluded with pregnancy. So I'm not sure if it could harm my little chocolate chip. Any thoughts?
